"Aoife lost 2 stone in 10 days and could not walk a
straight line because she was so weak. (I had lost my first child at
the age of 2 years 10 months with the same illness.) Fr McGinnity
said two Masses in honour of St Philomena and Christina also
prayed for her recovery. All Aoife's headaches have
disappeared and also her blood pressure is back to normal. She
has never had to go to a doctor since."
“I had a large blockage between the liver and the pancreas. I had to
undergo a severe test in the Mater Hospital, Dublin. Fr McGinnity prayed with me and I put my trust in Our Lady Queen of Peace. After coming
home to Louth County Hospital, the doctor asked me to what
did I attribute my recovery. I replied, “Our Lady Queen of Peace,
Achill”. I know that it was a miracle.”
"In February 1995, my mother suffered a severe heart attack. Her
heart had stopped. The doctor who was with her at the time
thumped her on the chest and brought her back. She was put into
intensive care. In her 90th year, we were told she would probably
not survive.... My mother lived for another 10 years against all odds - a miracle through the power of Christina’s prayers"
